Ostro Vents are suitable for both flat and sloped roofs with pitches up to 15°, and can be installed across a wide range of building types including production and storage halls, logistics centres, public buildings, commercial properties, and residential developments. This version of the Ventec Ostro is designed to also provide roof access, combining ventilation with practical functionality.

Certified to EN12101-2 and compliant with Approved Document L, the unit meets both performance and regulatory standards.

It features a 200mm high straight base made from 1.25 mm thick galvanised steel sheet, with a galvanised steel circumferential strip at the top to facilitate secure roof integration.

The access leaf is glazed with a 10mm opal cellular polycarbonate panel, offering strength and light diffusion while allowing safe and convenient access to the roof.
