This housing unit for AOV Call Points (MCP or ‘Firemans Switch’) stops misuse of the AOV system by encasing the AOV Call Point (which triggers the AOV system) in a steel box which can only be opened by a ‘ London Fire Brigade 2’ key which are identical keys carried by London based firefighters (and many other districts that use an FB2 key as standard).This means the AOV system can only be triggered for the purpose it is designed, and in the case of a fire, firefighters will have instant access to the Call Point if needed.
